Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits purchased in a credit pack do not expire.

Individual Subscription — Credit Allowance
Credit Allowance subscriptions include a periodic credit allowance that renews each billing period. Credits expire at the end of the period in which they are granted.

What is a credit?
One credit is consumed each time a user completes a Rapid Assessment. Deep Analysis assessments consume 10 credits. Credits are deducted in the following order: trial credits first (earliest expiry), then promotional credits (earliest expiry), then subscription credits (earliest expiry), then purchased credits (no expiry).
Promotional pricing
Promotional credits, introductory offers, and discount codes may be available from time to time. Current promotions are communicated directly to eligible users and do not form part of the standard pricing schedule above. Promotional credits are subject to expiry and usage conditions communicated at the time of issue. PursuitARK reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or limit promotional offers at any time.
Subscription Changes
PursuitARK allows you to change your subscription plan at any time through the platform. The timing and financial treatment of plan changes depends on the type of change being made.
Upgrades — effective immediately
The following changes take effect immediately upon confirmation:
- Upgrading from a Credit Allowance subscription to an Unlimited subscription
- Upgrading a Credit Allowance subscription to a longer billing period (for example, Monthly to Annual)
- Upgrading an Unlimited subscription to a longer billing period (for example, Monthly to Annual)
Upon an immediate upgrade, your current subscription is cancelled, a financial proration adjustment is calculated and applied to your account balance, and the new subscription is charged to your payment method immediately. The new subscription period begins on the date of upgrade and runs for the full duration of the new billing period purchased.
Proration adjustment — Upgrading periods for Credit Allowance Subscriptions and Unlimited subscriptions and upgrading Credit Allowance subscriptions to become Unlimited subscriptions:

The financial proration adjustment for upgrading a Credit Allowance subscription to an Unlimited subscription is calculated based on time remaining in your current subscription period:
Proration adjustment = (days remaining ÷ total days in period) × current subscription price

The financial proration adjustment for Unlimited subscription period upgrades is calculated based on time remaining in your current subscription period:
Proration adjustment = (days remaining ÷ total days in period) × current subscription price
Proration adjustment (financial) — Credit Allowance subscription period upgrades:
The financial proration adjustment for Credit Allowance subscription period upgrades is calculated based on assessment credits remaining in your current subscription period:
Proration adjustment = (assessment credits remaining ÷ assessment credits per period) × current subscription price
The financial proration adjustment is applied to your account balance and automatically deducted from the first invoice for the new subscription, which is charged to your payment method immediately upon upgrade.
If you have zero days remaining (for time-based upgrades) or zero assessment credits remaining (for Credit Allowance period upgrades) at the time of upgrade, no financial proration adjustment is applied and the full price of the new subscription is charged immediately.
Assessment credit adjustment on Credit Allowance subscription period upgrades
When upgrading a Credit Allowance subscription to a longer billing period, the assessment credit allowance for the new period is reduced by the number of assessment credits remaining in your current period at the time of upgrade, and those existing assessment credits are extended to expire at the end of the new subscription period. This ensures your total available assessment credits equal the full allowance for the new period without double-counting assessment credits for which a proration adjustment has already been applied.
Example: A Monthly subscriber with 150 of 200 assessment credits remaining upgrades to Annual. A financial proration adjustment of 75% of the Monthly subscription price (150/200) is applied to the Annual invoice, reducing the first payment accordingly, and charged immediately. The Annual subscription runs from the upgrade date for one full year. The Annual allocation is reduced by 150, resulting in a new allocation of 2,250 assessment credits (Annual credits per period − 150), and the 150 existing assessment credits are extended to expire at the end of the Annual period. Total available: equal to the full Annual credit allowance.
Downgrades — effective at next renewal
The following changes take effect at the end of your current subscription period:
- Downgrading from an Unlimited subscription to a Credit Allowance subscription
- Downgrading a subscription to a shorter billing period (for example, Annual to Monthly)
Upon scheduling a downgrade, your current subscription continues unchanged until the end of the current billing period. The new subscription begins automatically at the start of the next billing period. No proration adjustment is applied for downgrades. See "Cancelling a scheduled plan change" below if you wish to revert a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect.
Subscription credits on plan changes
Assessment credits granted under a Credit Allowance subscription expire at the end of the subscription period in which they were granted. On an immediate upgrade:
- Credit Allowance → Unlimited: Your existing assessment credits from the Credit Allowance subscription remain available until their original expiry date, however as an Unlimited subscriber, assessment credits are not consumed for assessments.
- Credit Allowance period upgrade (e.g. Monthly → Annual): Your existing assessment credits are extended to expire at the end of the new subscription period, as described in "Assessment credit adjustment" above.
Cancelling a scheduled plan change
If you have scheduled a downgrade, you may cancel the scheduled change at any time before it takes effect by visiting the Pricing & Upgrade page and selecting "Cancel scheduled change." If your upgrade is cancelled, your current subscription will continue and renew automatically at the end of the current billing period.
General
- All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled within the current subscription period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date.
- PursuitARK reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
